Five Finger Death Punch: Jason Hook musste sich einer Notoperation unterziehen

Five Finger Death Punch mussten vor einigen Tagen eine Show wegen eines medizinischen Notfalls bei Gitarrist Jason Hook abbrechen. Nun wurden alle restlichen Shows der laufenden US-Tour mit Three Days Grace, Bad Wolves und Fire From The Gods abgesagt.

Five Finger Death Punch mit Update zum Gesundheitszustand ihres Gitarristen

Die Band gibt außerdem ein Update zum Gesundheitszustand ihres Gitarristen heraus. Demnach musste Jason Hook notoperiert werden. Ihm musste die Gallenblase entfernt werden, weswegen er noch einige Zeit im Krankenhaus bleiben muss.

„Last night, Jason Hook was taken to the emergency room where it was determined his gallbladder needed to be removed. Jason underwent surgery successfully but will have to remain in the hospital until his doctors determine he is fit to be discharged and travel home.

Jason‘s healing is our #1 priority. As a result, the last three shows of this current tour will be postponed, however, we are working on coming back to play Duluth, Omaha and Des Moines very soon. Once we have an update on new dates to return, we will post the information on our website and social media channels. Please hold on to your tickets in the meantime. Jason very much appreciates all the well wishes and, rest assured, we will see you back out on the road very soon!“

Anfang nächsten Jahres sind Five Finger Death Punch dann hierzulande mit ihrer „MegaDeathPunch“ Tour live zu sehen. Mit im Gepäck haben sie Bad Wolves und die Mannen von Megadeth.

Kurze Zeit später bringt die Band um Sänger Ivan Moody dann ihr neues Studioalbum „F8“ auf den Markt. Mit „Inside Out“ haben wir schon einen ersten Song daraus auf die Ohren bekommen.
