As an artist manager, getting any call in the middle of the night causes disdain and a jump of the heart once the phone rings. Last night one of these calls came from Vanna. Although not a life threatening emergency, and no one was harmed, which is the good part, a number of items were stolen and the van was damaged. I am setting up this GoFundMe for the simple fact that when something like this happens, people always ask how to help. In this case, we need a bit of help for each indidivual affected because they work hard to make ends meet and we just simply can’t afford on our own to replace these items for them. Insurance is always in the forefront of our minds, but the expense of that per year is a good chunk of change which this tour was planned to put some aside towards that.

If you have a buck or two that can go towards this, we would be forever grateful. Here’s the details from the band on what happenend and their gratitude:

On the evening of February 5th, a day off from tour, we stopped half way through our 10 hour drive in Atlanta Georgia to have dinner with friends and family. We parked, only for a couple hours on a well lit main road in a business and restaurant district. We came out to discover that in that short time our van had been broken into and all of our personal affects had been stolen. We don’t believe we were targeted, and it seems like a smash and grab especially given the well lit and busy location of the van. That being said the band and crew lost electronics, clothing, and personal items as a result of the break in. Police were called and a report was filed, but as a lot of you know this will not be „solved“ and no real justice will be served.

We are well aware of the risks of bringing expensive items on the road with us, however each of us run businesses and have work outside the band that we must still conduct on the road which is the only reason we were traveling with expensive electronic items such as laptops, iPads, GoPros, etc. We take every precaution possible to ensure this doesn’t ever happen, but the reality is sometimes there is nothing that can be done.

We have no desire or plans of leaving this tour, but we do need help. We have totaled up the losses and are going to start chipping away at the damage done. Anything will help. If you don’t have the means to donate, please repost about this on your socials and thank you for spreading the word.

As always we will take this to fuel us and keep moving. We are grateful that no one is hurt and that what was taken from us was just stuff, and stuff can be replaced.

Thank you in advance for any help you can spare. We will see everyone at a gig on this amazing tour. Gonna need extra loud voices and lots of high fives from everyone.

I believe in you if you believe in me
